ABOUT THE AUTHOR
This love of history started as a childhood passion in my small
home town. My fascination with the American West was probably the result of the "Big Screen". World War II gripped
me as a result of my parents’ involvement, no doubt, and the Cold War because along with everyone else I ducked underneath
my desk or knelt in the hall, believing if I covered my head I would survive the nuclear onslaught promised by the "Evil
I started writing as a sideline while working on a remote construction camp in my mid-20s. At the
time, there was no beer and no women. Writing filled the void between work, sleep, and staring at the desert. The result was
my first Western, "Double-Barreled Law", followed shortly thereafter with my second Western, "To Die A Branded
Man". Since the sale of my first two novels, writing became a hobby. You know, starving writer needs money…but
they are a slice of Americana. A third Western, "Bloody Sierras", is coming soon.
RAT LINE" and its series are a culmination of world travel. I saw and "felt" the Nazi death camp at Auschwitz,
and took an un-sponsored trip behind the "Iron Curtain". During these travels, I met players in the largest conflict
man has ever known, from death camp survivors to Albert Speer, Arms Minister for Hitler, to intelligence officers on both
the Allied and Axis sides. I have refined it from its original release, and have completed the first year of a television
series with a co-writer and we are seeking suitors in the television industry.

intrigue, intelligence, treachery and murder as the heroes and villains struggle through their battles of righteousness, be
they good or evil from our personal perspective, to mold the post-war-world through the next six decades of the series.
